1. Self-Assessment Tools
These are digital services, provided instantly and non-refundable.
2. Counseling Sessions
- Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.
- Late Cancellations / No-Shows: No refund will be provided.
3. Programs & Subscriptions
- Refunds available within 7 days of purchase, if services have not been substantially used.
- After 7 days, fees are non-refundable.
4. Technical Issues
If a session or service fails due to a technical error on our side, we will reschedule or issue a full refund.
